We ship all our Australian orders through Australia Post and supply you with tracking details. All our items are carefully packaged to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. All claims of damaged stock must be made in writing within 24hrs of delivery with photographic evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for made to order products to be completed, before postage.
Please include your event date in the notes to seller. Your items will be delivered 1 week prior to your event date. If you order is URGENT please contact us and we will let you know if we can accomodate your order.
All other orders from our shop, we endeavour to ship within 2-3 business days, however please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive (please note some areas outside of the major metro cities may take longer). If you have an urgent order please contact us prior to placing the order, we will try our best to get it out to you as soon possible.

Our products are custom made to your requirements, therefore we are unable to accept any refund or exchanges for change of mind.
Belle Loves Paper does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged items. We take extensive care in making sure that all our packages are securely packed and inspected before being sent. If your items arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of you receiving the item. We will need your order number, and some photographs and a description of the damage to the item. We will refuse a damaged return if you haven’t sent us an email notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.
f your order is deemed as having been damaged in transit, and we deem that it was the couriers fault, we will offer you a replacement of the same item. This item will be shipped within 72 hours of us receiving notification that your item has been damaged. If you no longer want the item we will issue a store credit or a refund. To receive a refund on an item you will need to return the item in an unused condition, as you received it. Please take care in packaging the item to avoid further damage, and please send registered or tracked post. Once we have received the item and deemed it faulty/or damaged in transit we will refund you the purchase price less delivery.
he customer is responsible for the return shipping fees for refunds. Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your replacement or store credit has been processed. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they don’t meet the conditions above.
